As part of our ‘Coffee Break’ series, we welcomed EY to the stage for our third webinar of 2022. Joining our CEO and Founder, Emily Forbes, was Shona Wilson, Global Employer Brand Experience Leader at EY.

In the webinar, we discussed Shona’s three key learnings from evolving the Employee Value Proposition at EY and how she leads the team that helps position EY as a top employer to attract, engage, and retain the best talent and create exceptional experiences. Alongside this, we discussed what’s next for EY’s Employer Brand and EVP and how they have shifted to an ‘always on’ strategy.

We explored how a company that employs over 300,000 people worldwide approached building their EVP, and the part Shona had to play. We also looked at how this approach differed pre and post-pandemic and how it’s constantly evolving.

As one of the largest tech employers globally, we took a closer look at a recent campaign that looked to attract top talent. From the content produced and channels used to the results and learnings, we dived into the campaign. Shona gave a unique insight into how EY brings their EVP to life to attract the best talent, keeping DE&I at the forefront, and the role that user-generated content played.
