With a background in documentary and production, Emily founded Seenit with a mission to create a more open, human and inclusive world through the power of collaborative storytelling. With the belief that everyone has a story worth telling, and an opinion worth contributing, she has built a platform to enable any organisation to co-create User-Generated Video with their own employees, amplifying the voices of those most knowledgeable and passionate about a subject or situation. Seenit today is working across the UK, Europe and US powering stories for customers such as Amazon, Citi Bank, and Sky.

With more than 20 years in the employer brand industry, Sarah started her career in creative agencies running talent attraction campaigns for clients in healthcare, financial services, retail, hospitality, energy and technology. Since moving in house, Sarah has worked across the full range of employer brand activities, from research led employer brand articulation and creative identity to careers sites, social media, content creation, employee advocacy and more.
In 2021 Sarah joined DNV, taking responsibility for their employer brand globally. Working with colleagues across the business, Sarah continues to bring the DNV employer brand to life across the employee and candidate journey.

Karina supports worldwide employer branding activities at DNV, a global leader in assurance and risk management. Starting out in internal communication, she quickly learned the power of storytelling to inspire and connect. She’s passionate about highlighting the unique stories of the people and opening a window into #LifeAtDNV, which helps the candidates make the decision to join DNV with confidence, knowing they will thrive and have an impact here.
With a background in Scandinavian studies and a deep passion for everything Scandinavian – from the language to the culture – she feels a special connection to DNV's Norwegian roots and the company’s values.
