With more than 20 years in the employer brand industry, Sarah started her career in creative agencies running talent attraction campaigns for clients in healthcare, financial services, retail, hospitality, energy and technology. Since moving in house, Sarah has worked across the full range of employer brand activities, from research led employer brand articulation and creative identity to careers sites, social media, content creation, employee advocacy and more.

In 2021 Sarah joined DNV, taking responsibility for their employer brand globally. Working with colleagues across the business, Sarah continues to bring the DNV employer brand to life across the employee and candidate journey.
