About this Webinar

58% of employees and job seekers say company culture is more important than salary when it comes to job satisfaction (Source: Glassdoor). Getting it right is key to company success, but the greatest asset you have for transforming your culture is your employees themselves. People at the heart of organisations are best positioned to help bring about real change and help define the culture you want, but you need the tools to make this happen. That’s where the power of storytelling comes in. Messages told through stories are 22 times more likely to be remembered, they help you cut through the noise and have real impact.

In this webinar, we take a coffee break with Steve Clayton, Chief Storyteller at Microsoft, to find out how storytelling with their employees brought a massive cultural shift to the company, how they did it, and the effects it’s had. Find out how one of the biggest organisations on the planet affected real employee-driven change and get tips for how you can do the same, no matter what size your business.
