Event Video

What is this project about?

We want to create a summary video of the X Event and bring it to life with content filmed by our people throughout the day/s. By providing behind-the-scenes insight, we hope we can produce a fun and informative recap video of the event. 🤳

What do I need to do?

Here are a few ideas of things you can film:

• Film yourself on the way to the Event (if remote, then your WFH office*)
• Film clips of guest speakers
• Record discussions with colleagues
• Film your team having lunch (or just you if remote)
• Film your thoughts on the event at the end of the day

How do I upload?

This is the Seenit platform that we'll be using to film, upload and edit your clips. There are a list of filming instructions below called "Scenes" so please capture 1 or more clips for each Scene.

What next?

We will use the uploads received to create a video summarising the X Event and what it is like to be a part of the team, sharing this both internally and externally across our social channels. This will increase awareness of what the team get up to and provide a recap of the day for those who didn’t get to attend.
