What is this project about?
Ahead of International Day of Happiness on 20th March, we want you to share your small moments of happiness.
What do I need to do?
Capture those little moments of joy in your life
They can be as small as you like, e.g. the first blooms of spring in your garden, your dog chasing a ball
This is going to a purely b-roll video, so no need to record any pieces to camera or show your face
Video-only please, no still images
Feel free to capture any background noise, and narrate as you film if that's your choice.
How do I upload?
This is the Seenit platform that we'll be using to film, upload and edit your clips. There is one filming instruction below called a "Scene" so please film your moment of joy and upload below!
What next?
We’ll be taking your contributions and turning them into a final cut, the video will be shared both internally and on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
